Fall 2019 Cass Basketball Skill Development Opportunities:

Team 3-point Shooting Competition

(6:30-8:00 am daily in main gym)

Player led - three teams competing against each other

Progress chart outside Coach Glaze’s office.

Must verify workout by showing video to Coach Glaze or Cooper

Team with most 100-makes 3-point workouts wins dinner

4:1 am skill sessions

(6:30-7:30 am in Aux Gym)

Coach Glaze will lead these skill sessions

Dribbling, shooting, footwork, finishing, play breakdowns as focus

Tues / Thurs evening training workouts

6:00-8:00 pm in main gym starting

Led by pro trainer / agent Kshaun Daley

Conditioning, skill development, 5 on 5 play

(study hall in Coach Cooper’s room from 4:00-5:30)
